KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Human Resources Business Partner you oversee and support all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals.
Your responsibilities:
• provide daily HR & HR policy guidance
• work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning & recruit replacements if needed
• Prepare Payroll and provide Payroll service for a dedicated part of the company
• Suggest new HR strategies

Candidate skills & requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A degree in business administration, with a focus on human resource management or similar.
Several years of professional experience in HR business in a global environment
Experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global environment
Proactive, solution-oriented and willing to take on responsibility
Strong communication and negotiating skills as well as demonstrable expertise in advising individuals and teams
Experience in successfully developing and implementing HR initiatives
Sound knowledge of German labor law and social security law
Very good knowledge of German and English
