Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Fleet Data Administrator you are responsible to establish a reliable, proper and convenient solution to handle the past and the future customer data regarding their fleet status in one single database.

Your responsibilities:

• Gather fleet information from different sources (internal and external) and update constantly the company own data base
• Generate forecasting information concerning specific customers, marketing segments, engine variants and forecast the engines & modules removals
• Perform the reporting

The Fleet manager performs this job in a close cooperation with the internal TRIO which is represented by Field Representatives, Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service Managers.

Candidate skills & requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

-Customer Support experience is preferred
-A high ability to handle figures coming from different sources
-Very good knowledge in MS Office especially MS-EXCEL, MS-ACCESS
-Fluency in the German and English language required, French language skills are beneficial
-Basic knowledge with SAP system preferred
