Position: Regional Financial Analyst (Consolidation)
Reports to: Greater Asia CFO
Position Scope: Greater Asia region (SEA, NEA, India, MEA)
Job Description
Job Duties
· Prepare financial and non-financial data consolidation for the region of Greater Asia (11 legal entities)
· Monitor the intercompany transactions with in the region, to ensure proper elimination for consolidation purpose
· Liaise with group team, and local entity teams, to define and monitor the reporting rules, to ensure consistent reporting within the region
· Work together with regional CFO and entity teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
· Work with regional CEO and other function, to define, monitor and consolidate the regional operational KPIs
· Help regional Business Unit leaders to prepare their “Destination Report”, per GBU (Global Business Unit) per sub-region. Provide deep-dive analysis per sub-region. Work with GBU Head of Finance, Controllers and Group Commercial Controlling team to ensure the quality of such reports
· Support CFO to prepare the yearly Budget process, Monthly Business Review, and other tasks as requested
· Organize Monthly Business Review with Greater Asia Leadership Team and Entity team, to ensure proper monitoring of the business.
· Work with IT team, to update the reporting system to ensure proper reporting in line with the business evolution
Competencies / Requirements:
· Bachelor degree with major in Finance and Accounting.
· 3+ years’ experience in Regional Financial Consolidation, in MNC
· 2+ years’ Experience in reporting tool, such as SAP BPC, SAP BFC, Oracle Hyperion etc.
· Self-starter and able to take initiative
· Team-player with strong organizational and planning skills
· Able to prioritize work and multi task
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with diverse nationalities is required.
· Proficiency in MS Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Attention to details and problem solving skills
· Some travel is required (less than 10%)
