Summary

Scope: Area Asia Pacific – all GBU’s

Position Purpose:

Provide immediate response to web visitors who cannot find the product information or document they are looking for on website.
Ensure customer relationship and contribute to customer satisfaction through fast and relevant answers provided for all requests coming in from web page.
Coordinate, process & monitor Instant Orders Sampling online coming from www.roquette.com
Ensure customer relationship and contribute to customer satisfaction through fast sample management & respect of expected delivery time.
Scope of Instant Order (IO) Sampling: Product finder products with On line sampling available for the geographical perimeter defined by Sample Coordinator.

Job Description

Main responsibilities:

·  Receives, processes and follows all customer/prospect web requests
·  Provides technical assistance for product related request
·  Centralizes and receives Web samples orders for the geographical perimeter defined.
·  Close coordination with Web sample coordinators of associated regions
·  Build a knowledge and expertise network and platform in cooperation with other Product Helpdesk Agents and associated services.

Education and Experience Requirement:

·  Natural Science related Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor.
·  Junior or fresh graduate.
·  Position 1 year internal contract
·  Open to Singapore Citizen or PR only
