The ambition of the financial function is to be a contributor to  growth and development by, efficiently, reliably and cost effectively:
• Managing financial assets and financial performance,

The Global Finance organization is aimed at allocating resources in a way that maximizes Shareholder value
Its role is also to ensure the reliability and prompt availability of business data, financial reporting and financial analysis to support the decision-making process.

Designation: Manager Finance and Accounts

Reporting to: Plant Functional Head (Finance and Accounts)

Total Team Size: 13

 

Profile:

a)            Qualified CA,  with 2 to 5 years’ experience preferably in 

Manufacturing industry

b)            Preparation & Reviewing Financial, MIS / KPI

c)            Reviewing of GL and cost centre

d)            Monitoring and reviewing of CWIP and Capitalisation

e)            Controlling & reviewing Budget Vs Actual

f)             Statutory Audit and Internal Audit compliance

g)            Direct & Indirect Taxes Compliances

h)           Other responsibility as allotted

 

Key Competencies:

a)    Must have handled team

b)    Must have worked on any ERP

c)    Should have good knowledge on statutory areas
