In connection with the “Offer to Cash” process, working in coordination with the Customer Care team as well as account managers, the mission involves processing customer contracts, managing customer requests and follow up complaints and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing quick and accurate responses.
· Process contracts into the system
· Receive, register, follow-up on customer complaints
· Manage customer requests related to quality by choosing the correct standard documents
· Provide answers to customers within the agreed deadlines
Language skills: very good knowledge in German and English, good knowledge in French
