Warehouse Officer will be responsible to ensure prompt and accurate receipt, re-label, store, pick and pack and dispatch inventory and goods for PT Roche Indonesia - Diagnostics Division, ensuring appropriate procedures and paperwork are either followed or created at all times. Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

·  Ensure the checking, relabeling, and registration into SAP system are properly coordinated
·  Ensure pick, pack, and outbound process in Warehouse
·  Ensure warehouse is in a good condition to operate
·  To assist in the cycle counting program and routine stock reconciliations by promptly and accurately counting designated inventory
·  Complete tasks, duties, projects and objectives within designated time lines
·  Provideassistance/support to Supply Chain Manager as required

You have to obtain Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any major and have experience in Warehouse Management for similar industry for at least 1 year. Furthermore, you have to obtain qualifications as follows:

·  Have knowledge about and applied CDOB
·  Obtain Forklift Driving Certificate
·  Obtain dangerous good handling certificate
·  Experience in handling cold chain products
·  Able to work with minimum supervision
