AWS Marketplace is an online store that helps customers find, buy, and immediately start using software and services that run on the AWS Cloud. This rapidly-growing business within AWS offers a creative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
The AWS Marketplace Managed Catalog and Operations (MCO) team supports the operational relationships with 3rd party cloud software sellers. We ingest and review software products, help define and enforce policies and best practices, support seller product changes and questions. We are looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the MCO team to onboard sellers, build and maintain strong relationships, and help influence their catalog selection and buyer experience.
Your Responsibilities:

· Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to all internal and external customers
·
· Process and track high volume of product submissions and requests coming from sellers
·
· Vet sellers and products, including policy evaluation and usability review, to ensure quality experience for buyers
·
· Review buyer feedback, investigate possible product issues, and work with different parties to fix them
·
· Improve and maintain quality catalog by having attention to detail and high bar
·
· Assist with the definition and design of improvements to tools, standard operating procedures for the MCO team or sellers.
·
· Find process gaps, collect data, propose solutions, and work with engineers, PM teams, and management to improve the experience
·
· Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently
·
· Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively help team members to meet and exceed team goals and metrics

· 3-5 years of prior operations or support experience
·
· Ability to communicate professionally both spoken and written languages with maturity, self confidence, and accuracy
·
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
·
· Ability to understand technical subjects and connect dots
·
· Bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity, including troubleshooting and problem solving in loosely-defined situations
·
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities
·
· Ability to deliver results independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
·
· Strong sense of ownership
·

Preferred qualifications
·
· Graduate degree, MBA, or equivalent work experience
·
· Knowledge about software industry, cloud computing, and AWS
·
· Experience with vendor management, technical customer support, helpdesk, digital content pipeline and ingestion, TAM, PM, or quality assurance role
·
· Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment
·
· Experience integrating disparate processes and systems into a cohesive workflow
·
· Strong, creative, analytical problem-solving skills
·
· Ability to collect and present data to propose solutions to existing problems
·
