The Strategic Insight Coordinator is responsible for managing the Strategic Insights Team in order to transform data into business value in a context of transformation, embedding the agile culture.

The coordinator will manage, motivate and develop SIA Team, maintaining relationships with business stakeholders to identify and understand business opportunity

He/she will be responsible to support decision making through planning, implementation and handling primary and secondary market research

He/she is also responsible for :

·  Managing continuous improvement of targeting model and forecasting approach
·  Managing Productivity projects along with Disease areas in order to guarantee relevant business information that allows resource optimization and investment
·  Performs ad-hoc projects, research, and analysis in support of key stakeholders
·  Generating Insights coherently with the disease strategy.
·  Stimulate and encourage the SIA team in generate actionable insights, integrating and processing the Voice of Customer from different channels.

Desired profile



Who you are

·  University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or Economics or equivalent via experience
·  Relevant experience of 3 years in business/sales analytics, preferably in an international pharma company
·  Fluent in English and Italian
·  Analytical skills and Data quality controlling skills
·  Knowledge of forecasting/tracking tools, databases and PC access tools
·  Open-minded, logical and analytical mind
·  Strong team player with pro-active attitude
·  Strong negotiation skills and business partnering skills
·  Planning & organizational skills, project management
·  Ability to adapt in a regularly changing environment
·  Innovation & creativity
