· Plan and i mplement innovative and effective marketing program according to the national marketing strategy, close cooperation with central mkt.
与中央市场团队紧密合作,根据全国市场策略制定区域市场活动计划并有效执行
· Support disease area marketing activities with the cooperation of central marketing team
配合中央市场部完成适应症市场活动执行
· Establish pertinent regional marketing plan and Organize the Local academic meeting with attractive contents by schedule under national mkt strategy and feedback on time.
根据中央市场部策略,制定有针对性的区域市场计划,组织区域会议,合理安排会议内容并及时反馈
· Grasp the regional patient flow, find obstacles and promote testing rate. Actively feedback Regional Testing information to Central MKT
掌握区域病人流向,找到阻碍节点并推动检测率,并向中央市场部汇报区域检测率
· Actively feedback information from expert and competitor to central marketing team
向中央市场部及时反馈区域专家、医生及竞争产品的信息
· Keep in touch with the PM and Medical for the clinic studies, and make sure messages delivered on time
就临床研究情况及时与PM和医学部同事沟通,确保信息传达及时
· Deliver smooth sales communication and training, drive field force implementation of marketing strategy
保持与销售顺畅的沟通和培训,推动销售团队对市场策略的实施
· Clearly delivery marketing strategies and product information to sales team and ensure the marketing plans and programs smoothly implement to obtain business growth
清晰地传递市场策略及产品信息以确保市场活动的有效执行
· Collect sales team's feedback through routine communication & field visit: Environment, Competition, Brand Message, Activities, etc. Analysis these mkt information and identify the market opportunities
在日常沟通和实地随访中收集销售的反馈:市场环境,竞争,产品信息,活动反馈等,并对这些市场信息进行分析,找出市场潜力
· Routine product and disease area knowledge training to sales team
定期对销售进行产品及疾病领域知识培训
· Joint call with AM and RAM, attend regular sales management meeting
与一线销售和一线经理的协同拜访,定期参加周会及销售管理会
· Align with sales managers on local promotional activities and maximize the resources effectiveness
与销售经理在各区域推广活动中协调一致, 最大化资源使用效率
· Develop and manage KOL
发展和管理关键客户
· Manage, maintain and update KOL and speaker's profiles.
关键客户及讲者档案的管理、维护及优化
· Responsible for regional meeting speaker slides preparation, review and communicate with the speaker on the presentation contents before the meeting
负责区域推广会议讲稿的准备,并负责与讲者的会前讲课内容沟通。
· Follow up speaker application and feedback the progress timely, manage the speaker usage
跟进讲者申请信息并及时反馈,负责讲者使用的管理
· KOL routine visit (above 15 person times per month)
关键客户的日常拜访(每月不低于15人次)
· Organize pertinent activity and development plan of KOL
有针对性的组织关键客户的会议活动及发展计划
· Manage the regional marketing budget

· Plan and manage regional marketing budget spending within the limit
按计划管理区域市场活动费用,确保在预算内支出
