Diseñar y desarrollar un estudio de tiempos y movimientos para el proceso de eventos dirigidos a *HCP's y/o **Personal Administrativo que tienen transferencia de valor de la división Pharma que permita identificar cuellos de botella potenciales, retrasos o gaps y a partir del análisis de la información, proponer opciones de solución que permita simplificar el proceso y optimizar la gestión de los eventos.
