Required Qualification:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years) in Human Resources or other relevant field
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years work experience from similar role in International company

Main Purpose of the Job
Drive organization effectiveness by developing people strategies aligned with development needs ensuring they have a happy environment and do their best work.
Ensure the effective operation of the HR processes by finding the right balance between Local and SSC needs - focused on reducing the administration task and complexity of the processes.
Help transform the culture of RDP to faster decision making, less complex processes and more cross team collaborations.
