Required Qualification:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years) in Human Resources or other relevant field

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years work experience from similar role in International company

Supporting and focusing on the vision, strategies, and goals of the organization

and team.

Creative and innovative when contributing to organizational and individual objectives.

Providing services that consistently meet or exceed the needs and expectations of customers and colleagues with substantial impact.

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skill – ability to communicate at all levels

Ability to create an environment to identify emerging talents and development people - excellent facilitation, collaboration

Focuses on activities which provide /add value

Builds trustful and effective relationships

Good knowledge of local labor legislation

Full understanding of HR processes and best practices

Fluent in Portuguese and in English (verbal and written)

Advanced use of IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, among others)

Main Purpose of the Job

Drive organization effectiveness by developing people strategies aligned with development needs ensuring they have a happy environment and do their best work.

Ensure the effective operation of the HR processes by finding the right balance between Local and SSC needs - focused on reducing the administration task and complexity of the processes.

Help transform the culture of RDP to faster decision making, less complex processes and more cross team collaborations.
