We needIT Delivery Professional who has:

· 
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT back office like finance, controlling, auditing

· 
Well developed mindset and experience of looking for process improvements and standardization

· 
Hands-on experience in direct Client facing roles

· 
Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment with a high level of autonomy

· 
Ability to act as an agent of change

· 
Basic knowledge of good market practices in providing IT services ( for example - ITIL )

· 
Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or PMP.

· 
Nice to have - regional/global range experience, in a multicultural, international environment.

· 
Excellent communication skills in English

Let's find out what a usual day of work might look like. You will:

Support in implementation of project/services standards (budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements). Looking for new areas of projects and services standardization.

Preparation of executive reports of projects/services/programs status, based on close collaboration with business teams. Support Business Teams in cross initiatives. Do the analysis of finance aspects with streamlining them in long term.
