Diagnostics team within Roche Global IT Solutions center (ADMD) is looking for talented and highly motivated IT Delivery Manager.

In the area of Diagnostics IT we support our IT partners and our business in projects delivery and systems integration. We work with multiple technologies, like integration platforms, data analytics, data gathering, data management tools, SFDC and SAP.

Your responsibility will be management of portfolio of projects and services (through other project leads) and direct responsibility of delivery of key initiatives. The multinational environment requires about 20%-30% of business travels, mostly to Switzerland and US (West Coast).

As an ' IT Delivery Manager ' you are required to ensuring the implementation of projects/services as per arrangements (budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements, corporate rules)and managing dispersed project/service teams in matrix structure (work organisation, allocation of resources, motivating and appreciating, mentoring and training, participation in defining the objectives of the annual development plans). Using your previous experience and provided training, you are building, maintaining and managing relations with Business Partners as well as identifying Business Partner requirements concerning the application and service development, consulting and proposing solutions and accountability for their delivery.

You are managing cooperation with external vendors of services/solutions, ensuring availability and engaging appropriate resources. One of your tasks is supporting innovation in scope of processes and technologies and identifying opportunities to reuse existing solutions.

Requirements :

You have minimum 7 years of experience in work related to software development and min. 3 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in multicultural, international environment. You have strong communication skills and skills to cooperate with persons at different organisation levels. For this position you bring the following qualification:

·  Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team;
·  Knowledge of good practices on IT service delivery market, such as waterfall (PMI) and knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban). ITIL a plus.
·  You are interested in developing your delivery manager skills in multi-technology and cross-dependency portfolio
·  Self-reliance and effective in management of a large area (support and development of the BI platform); Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
·  English proficiency - level C1;
·  Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions; Influencing, persuasion and negotiations skills;
·  Readiness to work outside standard working hours in the case of cooperation with teams in other time zones.
