Global Patient Partnership team - as primary relationship managers, we create mutual value as a trusted partner for patient communities by integrating the patient perspective across the value chain. We work hand-in-hand with all internal functions involved in the development to launch and lifecycle management.

The Global Patient Partnership Operations team is responsible to support the Patient Partnership directors and chapter leads in various operational tasks (contracts, grants/sponsorships, invoices, POs), coordination of internal team events and special projects.

In this position, you will

· 
Learn how to coordinate the contracting process for patient organizations and patients in order to ensure compliance with healthcare requirements and timely execution.

· 
Coordinate internal/internal events and meetings

· 
Support the team with presentation work

· 
Participate in adhoc/special projects

· 
Provide operational support to a team of +35 people when needed.

Desired profile

Who you are

You are an ambitious student who is currently enrolled in business (preferably in the area of finance or MBA) or in a gap year between degrees.

Moreover, you are

· 
Ideally experienced in the areas of operations, finance, procurement or project management

· 
A person who works systematically and precisely and brings a high level of initiative as well as a dedicated attitude

· 
Proficient in IT tools, e.g. g-suite products

· 
Proficient in English

· 
A proactive and transparent team worker
