Who we are

Roche is searching for a Master student to complete an Internship in our Talent Acquisition Team within Roche Diagnostics GmbH. You will be based in the Roche High-Tech campus in Mannheim, Germany.

You will be part of the Talent Scouting and Employer Branding team and report to the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Employer Branding.

As Intern Data Analyst you will support the discovery of insights mainly related to the external talent market in support of Talent Acquisition and other broader initiatives.

You will support us by analyzing and conducting researches about external market trends and demands, as well as about the Roche internal talent environment.

How your day at work looks like

Research

·  Build out and maintain a network of sources of competitive intelligence including clients, partners, vendors and industry experts
·  Research and keep current on market/competitors' trends and news
·  Support the gathering of intelligence from the Talent Acquisition team, HR & clients and Partners
·  Utilize global Roche resources for competitive intelligence research

Analysis

·  Synthesize research to formulate insights for Talent Acquisition, HR & business stakeholders to use when attracting or retaining talent with a view towards improving our understanding of talent in the marketplace
·  Reporting
·  Define and report on competitive intelligence metrics to key stakeholders
·  Produce and deliver quarterly Talent Intelligence Reports
·  Manage ad hoc report requests

Presentation

·  Present analysis and insights to Talent Acquisition, HR and client

What makes you great

Education You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Science Information Technology or a related statistical/mathematical field

Experience Terms like “revenue probability”, “market environment” & “operational process” are not new to you

Passion for Coding You have knowledge in programming languages like SAS, R, Matlab, C, C++, Java, Python, PHP or JavaScript

All-round talent. You are pulling the strings behind the scenes in daily external market analysis independently. At the same time, you do not hesitate coming to the fore when collaborating with our team and presenting your results. In doing so, you can rely on your German and English skills.
