Within the R&D department in our Solution Integration & Service (SIS) organization we are looking for an experienced Group Leader (m/f) for mechanical development. Within the unit Tube Handling you have the personnel and professionalresponsibilityfor your team (<10 employees).

Your responsibilities will include:

·  You are responsible for leading and developing an intercultural andinterdisciplinaryteamof mechanical engineers
·  You have a close cross-site collaboration with other development departments, site functions, service providers, universities and research institutes to solve complex tasks and coordination of the internal interfaces
·  You are supporting the projects by providing suitable resources (employees, external staff, tools and processes).
·  You are responsible for review and approval of technical project documentation
·  You select suitable external trainings as well as conception and execution of internal trainings
·  You focus on continuous improvement of processes, documentation in the form of work instructions (SOPs, tools) and training of process participants
·  You optimize processes permanently in order to increase quality and efficiency standard

Do you meet the following requirements?

·  Successfullycompleted studies with an engineeringdegree(mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics)
·  At least three years of experience in leading and coordinating a team with respect to product development
·  Solid expertise in product development and verification & validation
·  Interest in medical product development and experience in a regulatory environment
·  Experience in the area of automation technology
·  Very good English language skills for working in an international team
