Job Summary 岗位简介

Act as business confidant to facilitate the daily work of RA department in administrative and finance aspect, complying with Roche policies, procedures and SOPs.

Job required competency 岗位所需胜任力

·  As a member of PDSH administrative admin group, support the assistant to head of PDSH on various admin related activities, to ensure the comfortable working environment in PDSH.
·  Support line manager as the focal contact person to be in charge of internal meetings arrangement with both local and global stakeholders in different functions(such as business, PT and PD, pRED and gRED) for China RA' head
·  Provide administration to support to regulatory function, including:
·  Visa application, internal and external meeting registration, travel arrangement etc.
·  Contract application, vendor management including translation agency, Express, and any other RA activity related vendors, e.g. Chemical reagent company etc.
·  Provide daily IT assistance to the whole RA team.
·  Be responsible for the reception of local and oversea visitors. (e.g. preparing for invitation letter, agenda, accommodation, transportation and meal.)
·  Daily stationary ordering
·  Fax, courier, group announcement.
·  Support finance performance monitoring and tracking including the Air ticket breakdown &/ report translation/registration/testing fee claiming and tracking
·  Accountable for finance payment process to RA activities expense, check and approve RA employee reimbursement application according finance's SOP
·  Accountable for the procurement process according Roche's SOP, including. Contacting with purchase department, coordinating the contracting signature,
·  Support the preparation for PDYR function meeting, Project meeting, Health Authority hearing meeting, scientific consultation meeting and seminar etc.

Job Required Competencies

·  Relevant working experience: working experience in related area is a plus
·  Requirements on specific subject(s): No specific requirement
·  Language: Good command of both written and oral English
·  Computer skill: Excellent IT skill in using software (word, excel, PowerPoint) and computer system
