Intern International Creative Coordination

 

Full-time internship

Start of the internship :               January 2021

Duration :                                       6 months

Location of the internship :         Paris 8 th arrondissement

Remuneration :                             up to €1400 gross per month (depending on the level of studies)

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

 

Under the direction and supervision of the Creative Communications team, you will be a part of the International Coordination team which acts as the link between our international creative teams and local market communication teams. You will be helping the international markets in the definition and realization of their creative subjects and local contents to ensure and guarantee the coherence and cohesiveness with our international campaigns.

 

Your principle missions are as follows:

 

·  Consistent discussions with local markets
·  Assisting in the validation of creative local adaptations
·  Following guidelines set by the Maison for creatives within markets
·  Collaborating with agencies and in-house teams
·  Defining and assisting in the production of local communications content (print, digital, & social media) from start to finish
·  Being responsible for proper invoicing and budget adherence
·  Creating insightful and constructive benchmark reports
 
REQUIREMENTS

You are a student in a Communication, Marketing or equivalent school.

You are organised, meticulous, proactive and you have a sensitivity to creation and the world of luxury.            

You are international and culturally aware.  

Your enthusiasm, team spirit and your responsiveness will allow you to grow in your duties.

You have very good interpersonal skills and you know how to adapt to your different interlocutors.

You are comfortable speaking and writing in English.
