The Business Controller should provide ad hoc reports and analysis to Sales Area Management team. The role does also imply an active participation in Commercial daily business as well as proposing and taking corrective actions. As business controller, the candidate should become an expert in new trucks and aftersales business in close cooperation with the management.
The Business Controller will have direct contacts with our market Chief Controllers within the Sales Area.
Part of the mission will be to create and follow dedicated dashboard for our International Fleet Sales Department.
The main tasks for this position are:
- Be active in the Estimate processes linked with our markets,
- In charge of ad hoc analysis by own initiative or by request from management
- Contribution on business case analysis for the launch of new offer
- Contribute to the Business review of the Sales Areas when a specific and ad hoc analysis is required
- Maintain, develop and improve Business Control function in conjunction with Central Business control team,
- Participation to the monthly closing,
- Develop and follow a dedicated dashboard for our International Fleet Sales Department.
Qualifications:
- Master degree of Finance or similar (in progress)
- Experience in Accounting and Business Control,
- Strong Logic and Analytical skills,
- Good organizing skills, commercial Interest,
- Fluent in English,
- Integrity and creativity,
- Ability to plan, take own initiatives and work independently,
- Keen to work in an international environment.
Profile:
You have an open and positive attitude, goal orientation, flexibility and ability to communicate and work on your own initiative. You also have a genuine interest in our commercial business. The job requires that you create a good network within and outside the Sales Areas; therefore your ability to communicate and to work with people on different levels and in different areas are essential. An interest in development and implementation of system support / databases is a definite plus.
