Job description

We are a motivated and dynamic Project Management Team within Red Bull Operations and are looking for a Project Manager (m/f) with relevant Supply Chain experience to tackle the increasing number of cross functional projects at Red Bull. Based in our global Headquarter in Salzburg you will drive and support Operations projects to enhance and further develop our business processes and system solutions. In this role you conduct the project from the initial project idea, to the concrete requirement and process definition until the successful implementation. You manage and track projects independently, ensure a holistic End to End view and highlight cross functional dependencies and impacts. Together with our key stakeholders and business experts within Operations you facilitate and coordinate the development of future proof processes, data models and workflows. Furthermore, creation and preparation of project workshops and management presentations are also part of your responsibility.

·  Manage cross functional projects within Operations

·  Coordination and alignment of business experts within Operations (Innovation, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Quality Management) and Information Technology

·  Mapping and documentation of project relevant processes and data structures

·  Creation and execution of management summaries and Steering Committee Meetings documents

·  Development and alignment of project plans and program roadmaps

·  Tracking and monitoring of project progress and resources

·  Planning and coordination of project meetings and workshops

·  Planning, coordination and management of test cycles and corresponding documentation

·  Continuous improvement of our PM standards and methods

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
3 - 5 years of professional experience in a supply chain or project management role

· 
Verifiable experience as project lead or project team member

· 
End to End Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred

· 
Process documentation and mapping

· 
Operational experience of SAP systems or modules beneficial

· 
Familiar with project management methods and tools

· 
Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player

· 

Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, IT or technology, project or process management education

· 

Fluent in German and English
