Job description

As a part of the International Brand Marketing Team the Marketing Data Analytics Specialist (m/f) is in charge of supporting the modelling capabilities that cover all marketing data from all parts of the Red Bull Mix. In this position you play a key part in integrating data and turning insights into actions, supporting the analytics team with spearheading the future Marketing Analytics modelling agenda focusing on Marketing Mix Modelling and to develop statistical modelling capabilities in-house.

·  Support innovative data modelling initiatives

Develop Red Bull’s capabilities to understand, extract, clean and integrate data from a range of systems and data source

Support all stakeholder model building needs (Advertising, Market research, Corporate data, etc.) to build prescriptive modeling data infrastructure, present and prove model value through testing and statistical validation

Research new techniques and best practices within the industry

Be able to mine large datasets (in SQL / R / Python) to draw patterns

 

·  Support building marketing data science / modelling capabilities

Work with Corporate BI teams on enterprise data as well as the different marketing teams to build an integrated picture of the Red Bull Business to faster right decision-making

Have a positive start-up mentality to drive new projects with multiple stakeholders, challenging requirements and incomplete data

Project to ensure projects are delivered In a timely manner and documented effectively so that they are repeatable

Introduce compelling data visualizations that allow right decision-making in a timely manner

Work across departments to secure data needed for modelling and across markets to deliver Insights

Turning Insights Into actionable presentations

Votre expérience comprend :

Minimum of 1 year experience, including Data Science experience in the field of Advanced Analytics

· 
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

· 
Experience in using either commercial statistical software packages, e.g. SAS, SPSS or R/Python

· 
Experience in econometric modelling and time series analysis

· 
Ability to draw the insights from multiple complex data sources

· 
Excellent analytical skills

· 
Excellent communication and active listening skills

· 
Innovative, solution-oriented mindset

· 

University Masters degree, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics etc.

· 

Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
