·  In a nutshell

As Project Manager, you will support the management with projects for the further improvement of our Sales tool (SAP C4C) and optimization of the according processes. In some cases this will involve tracking milestones and ensuring targets are achieved, while in others you will be managing the projects from beginning to end.

·  Planning & Implementation of Projects

You will support, plan and implement projects. This includes preparing the agenda for meetings and leading meetings. Additionally, you’re regularly monitoring and optimizing workflows and processes.

·  Analytics & KPIs

You will analyze statistics, research data, develop KPIs and provide action recommendations for different projects. You’ll collect and compile department-related reports. Furthermore, you’ll support data quality management.

·  Defining global standards

You are always looking to improve things? As Project Manager, you’ll identify, develop, implement, update global standards as well as best practices and raise it to next level.

·  First level support, Key user training & Workshops

You’ll responsible for first level support and change requests. Thereby, you’ll act as interface between business and IT. You’ll train the key users and develop training manuals. Furthermore, you train the international Sales force in our Sales tool.

Your experience includes:

First practical experience in project management.

Good understanding of financial KPIs and financial figures.

Able to conduct cost/benefit analysis.

· 
Well organized, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and perform multiple tasks seamlessly.

· 
Strong organizational skills, ability to stay focused under pressure.

· 
Ability to handle the demands of different personality types.

· 
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· 
A professional and positive demeanor.

· 
High interest in Sales and Media / TV Business.

· 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications Science, Media Technology or similar.

· 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
