We are currently looking for a motivated intern to join our Digital Product Team at our headquarters in Salzburg, Austria.

You are highly motivated to jump into the cold water and to learn how to swim. You are not afraid to ask questions and to bring in new ideas and thoughts. What we offer is a dynamic environment that requires you to adjust your thinking every day and to challenge the status quo. You will increase your knowledge of the Digital Product Marketing Space more specifically new user acquisition and audience retention strategies. You will receive a broad range of experience including paid social, search engine marketing, and email marketing. Working closely with the Digital Product Marketing Specialists you will assist in making the world more awesome increasing the user base of the Red Bull Media Network.   

·  Digital Marketing Campaigns

As the intern you will be an essential part of the team and take over a variety of projects. You will e xperience running Digital Marketing Campaigns (email marketing, Facebook and Google AdWord campaigns).

·  Data

You don’t shy back from numbers and you are driven to make decisions based on insights and analytics. Within the duration of this internship you will learn how to interpret marketing data for making decisions on optimisation and reporting insights back to the team.

·  Marketing Technologies

The international team will also help you to learn how to work with marketing technologies like Google, Facebook, Outbrain, Emarsys.

·  Best Practice and Guidelines

In addition, you will help to prepare detailed insight and participate on producing best practice case studies and guidelines.

·  Project Management

You will be responsible for small optimisation projects requiring project management skills. This involves the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, a hands-on mentality, and communicate milestones and impact to the Red Bull Marketing community.

·  Email Marketing

You will gain first-hand experience in the roll-out of a new email marketing solution – you will assist in some of the tasks required to roll this out successfully.

·  Hands-on

Thinking one step ahead will help you when assisting the Digital Marketing Specialists in operational tasks.

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Strong interest in digital marketing

· Previous digital marketing experience is advantageous

· Experience in downloading and analysing marketing data is beneficial

· Basic understanding of marketing IT is a plus

· Up to date with the latest trends in the digital space

· Data driven with an analytical approach

· Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and previous experience with an email solution like Mailchimp or other would be beneficial

· Out of the box approach to solve challenges

· A certain sense of humour is an asset

· University degree in marketing or related field

· Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus

·
