Job description

Red Bull is targeting the core markets of Western Europe and the USA, as well as the growth markets of Brazil, Japan, India, and South Korea. Furthermore, Red Bull sees significant opportunity in expanding distribution into alternative/new channels outside of traditional retail and convenience, hence positioning Red Bull as value-adding partner in Foodservice, Vending, and Specialty Retail is considered as future driver of growth, brand and product awareness. As International Key Account Manager (m/f) you are responsible for the development of new distribution opportunities with a particular focus on the foodservice and vending environment. You will establish new business partnerships, as well as manage existing Key Accounts to deliver sales, volume, P/L and distribution targets. You work closely with Red Bull country organizations to implement the sales strategy, provide guidance and share best practices.

·  DEVELOPMENT OF NEW DISTRIBUTION OPPORTUNITIES IN FOODSERVICE, VENDING, SPECIALTY RETAIL & OTHER NEW CHANNELS

Lead the continuous development of new distribution opportunities in the foodservice (At Work), vending channel, non-food retail and QSR

Establish new business partnerships with particular focus on the global foodservice and vending companies, as well as manage existing Key Accounts to deliver sales, volume, P/L and distribution targets

Significantly improve Red Bull’s presence at the POS in the respective sales channels

·  Hands-on Market Support

Work closely with local teams in developing long-term profitable business partnerships and support them in implementing trade spend effectiveness by translating the global strategy into local joint business plans

Develop and foster a global community among Red Bull’s local key account teams

Leverage your expertise to up skill local account teams via training, coaching and select market visits

·  Strategy development, reporting & analyses

Continuously work on developing, refining and taking Red Bull’s sales strategy (focus on foodservice & vending) to the next level

Understand the shopper and consumer within the respective sales channel environment

Work closely with brand marketing on developing practical & scalable consumer activations, and POS/Trade Marketing in developing the right range of POS tools

Implement an insightful and granular reporting for the local and global business

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 3+ years’ experience in Key Account Management with a proven track record, working with global brands (FMCG/grocery industry preferred) across sales, marketing and insight functions

· In-depth knowledge of the foodservice, vending industry is required; beverage category is a plus

· Passion for establishing new business partnerships – ability to understand the immediate implications of new route-to-market, value chain and impact on the existing business

· Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality

· Successful front line retail negotiation experience and problem-solving skills

· Exceptionally strong communicatorSelf-motivated, self-directed, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or economics related

· Business fluent English is necessary Additional languages are a plus
