Finance Reporting Analyst - SAP BI

Job description

Reporting is a core process within the Finance function at Red Bull. In order to strengthen our international team of finance process & system experts we are looking for a Finance System Specialist – SAP BI (m/f). The position is based in our global head office in Fuschl am See, in the Data Quality Management team in the Corporate Controlling department. The successful applicant will advocate our reporting vision, and leverage prior experience with reporting processes and tools in order to further improve our state of the art reporting and analysis solutions. Through close cooperation with the Development & IT teams the ideal candidate will ensure high quality global rollouts of our reporting applications and be responsible for the governance of our reporting applications globally.

Finance business governance of the productive SAP BI environment

Assurance of SAP BI data quality within the field of Finance/Controlling

Management of controlling key user related identity & access management with regards to SAP BI

Contribution towards both national and international projects (roll-outs etc.)

·  BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Initiation & contribution to ongoing process improvement initiatives

In-house consulting and global business service management in the area of SAP BI Reporting & Analysis solutions

·  KNOWLEDGE & LEARNING MANAGEMENT

International Key user trainings in the framework of the Finance Academies

Knowledge & information management for the worldwide financial reporting community

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Minimum of 1 year working experience in the area of SAP BI

· Profound knowledge of business intelligence reporting solutions (e.g. BEx Web, Crystal Reports, Design Studio and BO Analysis) is a prerequisite

· Additional reporting solutions (e.g. Web Analysis, Oracle Smart View, Hyperion Financial Reporting) as well as SAP R3 knowledge (FI-CO, SD) is beneficial

· Solid controlling/accounting background and excellent understanding of financial processes

· Programming skills (e.g. VBA) are seen as an asset

· Strong communication and presentation skills, Team player

· Bachelor degree in business administration, business informatics or equivalent

· Excellent command of English, additional German is a plus
