Here at RBMH Digital Team we have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join the Audience Intelligence Team.

You will be responsible for supporting editorial teams & portfolio along the whole content planning, creation and delivery process by making web and social analytics full part of the daily job of editors, content planners and content commissioners providing them with tools, knowledge, insights and actionable advice.

The Digital Analyst will be responsible for providing key analytical insights for content performance across different channels and for supporting editorial teams/portfolio/communications in defining the most successful content strategy.

·  Supporting the editorial planning process

Fully part of editorial planning processes: support with data and analytics the monthly and weekly content planning. Weekly data review and weekly debrief with stakeholders.

·  Content Performance and Monitoring

Daily content monitoring across channels. Providing analytical support and actionable insights on content performance across digital channels/countries.

·  Content Optimization

Analyse content performance with a 360 approach providing actionable recommendations to shape the content strategy: what to feature, what to push and when, new emerging opportunities. Also you will monitor consumer journey and onsite engagement.

·  Decision Support and Presentations

Support the Head of Audience Intelligence in delivery of presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders with focus on content performance across different channels.

Support the development of recommendations and action plans for the editorial teams in order to further develop the audience around Red Bull network.

·  Dashboards Creation

Establish appropriate measures of success and develop editorial dashboards that helps editorial & portfolio teams to take decision based on data.

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Minimum 2 years practical experience as Digital or Web Analyst in one of the following context: Online newspapers or magazines and other content driven Digital Media, or Digital Marketing agencies

· Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and any other web analytics tool.

· Good familiarity with social analytics tool.

· Experience of implementing Web Analytics technologies across web, mobile and other platforms

· Experience working with newsrooms and editors to help them get the most out of SEO without compromising the quality of their work.

· Solid understanding of web technologies (such as HTTP, cookies, JavaScript etc.)

· Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and/or other tools such as Tableau for manipulating and representing data

· Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Digital Marketing or a related field

· Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
