·  Overview

The Digital platform development & solutions team at Red Bull Media House develops rad consumer-facing applications and runs shared services and global solutions to facilitate centralized as well as de-centralized digital product development. A major role in the product development plays the re-launch of the global Red Bull.com. We are currently looking for a Project Manager Digital who will take over the global rollout of the new “Red Bull.com” website. Executing and improving the current rollout concept and keeping the impact of the launch as low as possible on both, the internal team as well as the country organizations is key.

This role gives you the opportunity to interface with a variety of aspects of the Red Bull.com product development cycle and stretches out to being the first point of contact for any country concerns. Once the global rollout is finalized, the Project Manager Digital is going to take on new projects and challenges in the field of shared services and global digital solutions.

·  Roll-Out

As the Project Manager Digital, you will be an integral part of the digital platform development & solutions team, you will oversee, guide and evolve the rollout processes thought all stages liaising with a variety of stakeholders.

What else is there? In detail, you will plan, coordinate and execute the rollout under the consideration of certain aspects like:

- Country tiering to maximize impact

- Multiple country rollouts in parallel

- Coordinate rollout team (internal & external)

- Conduct technical trainings

·  Stakeholdermanagement & Communication

Your awesome communication skills will help you to establish a constructive relationship with country organizations in order to motivate the local teams for a smooth transition.

In order to meet the needs of stakeholders you will closely work with the product development team on timelines and deliverables.

·  Impact

Besides working on a kick-ass product and the close collaboration with local and global stakeholders, you will also ensure to keep the rollout impact on the internal as well as external organization as low as possible.

·  Timeliness

Another important aspect of this role will be to manage overlapping duties in order to ensure a timely roll out.

·  Document, share and apply learnings

Throughout the whole roll out you will collect, document, share and apply learnings and best practices to subsequent assignments.

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Minimum of 2 years professional PM experience

· Didactical knowledge in order to train & on-board country teams

· String communication competencies; Keen to proactively talk and guide countries

· Strong project management competencies, ideally including agile methods

· Proficient in web technologies and standards

· Ability to live a project management culture and to foster team bonding and spirit.

· Ability to see problems cross team and formulate solutions

· Self-directed & self-motivated attitude and focused on delivering results is essential

· Highly adaptive to changing environment

· Ability to adapt communication, based on cultural differences (50+ countries)

· Bachelor Degree in Media Technology or Business Informatics

· Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
