The Brand Marketing Manager (BMM) leads our regional marketing efforts to win new users, intensify beverage consumption and build brand love. The BMM plays a critical role in developing strong beverage marketing plans informed by consumer and product insights. The BMM also drives excellent execution in their team of Consumer Collecting Specialists (CCS), who embody our commitment to giving a local face to a global brand.

·  LEAD LOCAL STRATEGY TO RAISE BRAND RELEVANCY & INCREASE CONSUMPTION THROUGH OCCASIONS & CHOICE

Oversee management of regional Cross Marketing and Consumer Collecting (Product Sampling and Collegiate Marketing) programs

Leverage consumer and product insights to inform regional plans and up-level team’s strategic capabilities 

Oversee Sampling plans to drive awareness and trial, including consumer focuses and product allocation

Oversee Collegiate plans to ensure we bring the next generation of consumers into the brand

Lead ‘360’ Cross Marketing plans to grow consumption in our priority occasions

Oversee Beverage initiatives to grow awareness and trial of our product variants

Provide anecdotal/empirical data to inform and recommend local advertising efforts 

Lead Consumer Activation programs at retail to amplify key initiatives at point of purchase

Support network, influencer, and opinion leader identification

Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcome of brand initiatives (sales, marketing and media)

Ensure all local brand/beverage efforts are in line with national strategy and guidelines

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
1. 3+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing; preferably in a CPG environment

· 
2. An understanding of traditional & non-traditional brand marketing strategies including ‘below the line’ and digital

· 
3. An understanding and working knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on digital and social media

· 
4. The identification of trends and ability to turn insights into actions

· 
5. A talent for integrating creative and unique marketing solutions into existing and emerging consumer landscapes

· 
6. Management of collaborative projects from ideation through planning and execution

· 
7. A strong ability write, present, and share ideas articulately  

· 
8. A history of coaching, leading and influencing in order to foster a collaborative and creative environment

· 
9. Successful management of teams and large budgets

· 
10. Management of collegiate and/or student brand ambassador programs preferred

· 
11. Management of product sampling programs preferred

· 

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

· 

Must be fluent in English
