Wir verstärken das Globale Sales Team im Bereich On Premise (Gastronomie, Nightlife) um eine engagierte Assistenz (m/w). Als Assistent/in - International Sales unterstützen Sie den Global On Premise Manager sowie das gesamte Team bei allen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Sie organisieren Meetings, koordinieren Termine und nationale und internationale interne Veranstaltungen. Sie unterstützen bei Präsentationen, sowie Reisekostenabrechnungen und kümmern sich um einen optimalen Kommunikationsfluss zwischen den einzelnen Subteams und zu anderen Red Bull Departements.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Veranstaltungsorganisation / Projektmanagement von Vorteil, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen

· 
Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

· 
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

· 
Gastronomie- und Nightlife-Affinität

· 
Zuverlässig, genau, ergebnisorientiert und flexibel

· 
Teamplayer mit der Bereitschaft die Extrameile zu gehen

· 

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung; abgeschlossenes Studium von Vorteil

· 

Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch ; Zusätzliche Sprachen von Vorteil
