· Operational HRIS support tasks
Execute the operational tasks in the HRIS support team (incidents/change request management)
Maintain system, process and training documentation
Participate in enhancement and upgrade projects
Support HQ HR Centre of Expertise with on-demand data maintenance on global data (ex. global jobs, international movements)
· Support HRIS development/roll-out team
Support Data Quality team in the execution of the monthly HR data-audit process
Support HRIS development and roll-out team with on-demand tasks (e.g. quality check of new solutions, test support etc.)
· Area HRIS Manager Governance
Support Area HRIS Manager on first and second level support
Help Area HRIS in organize change requests/enhancements projects
Support Area HRIS Manager in training organization and delivery
Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
· Minimum 2 years of professional experience as HRIS specialist, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department
· Professional experiences of min. 2 years with HR Information Systems (SAP HR), Software as a Service Provider (preferred TALEO).
· Experience in application maintenance, ideally for an organization with international scope
· SAP HR system skills are mandatory, additional experience on TALEO is desirable
· Ability to analyse and interpret complex human resources and technology related documents
· Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
· Excellent communication skills to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments, including presentation and training skills
