We are currently looking for a Project Manager Global e-Commerce (m/f).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be a part of the Global e-Commerce team based in the headquarters of Herzogenaurach, Germany.

The Project Manager will work on global projects with the target to improve and enhance the “unified e-Commerce” experience. The ongoing improvement and reporting of online shopping processes as well executing web-projects is of particular importance.

·  Collaborating with the internal e-Commerce teams and external development partners to plan and implement fixes and enhancements on the unified web-site, for desktop, tablet and mobile
·  Defining business requirements and specifications to brief internal and external teams and service providers
·  Defining and execution of User Acceptance Tests for new site features and site functions before they go live
·  Support planning and execution of the roll-out of additional websites and marketplaces around the world
·  Planning and execution of e-Commerce-related projects together with the internal and external stakeholders
·  Continual documentation and reporting of future and ongoing projects
·  Supporting the internal team with process documentation and optimization
·  Analysis and reporting of e-Commerce KPIs will be expected on a weekly and monthly basis
·  Budget planning, billing verification, and ongoing project cost control.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in IT / Project Management or similar
·  3-5 years of experience in IT and / or e-Commerce Project Management required
·  Must have experience with Project Management Tools and Microsoft Office products
·  Experience with web-analytics (Adobe, Google) and/or ERP reporting tools.
·  Experience with web-based content management systems (Demandware / Magento knowledge is definitely a plus)
·  Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems or data aggregators are a plus
·  Highest Internet affinity as well as deep knowledge of mobile technologies
·  Extreme attention to detail is a must for this position
·  The ability to see into the future to identify project risks is a required skill
·  Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignment
·  Must be flexible and have the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through reporting and presentations in a business context
·  Fluent in English
·  10% International travel may be expected.
