We are currently looking for a Junior Manager Global Merchandising Operationgs Apparel (m/f).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·  Optimize the Apparel Merchandising process and calendar and overall sign off the delivery of the optimum assortments by division and for regions, to markets in order to drive sell-through and reach financial targets
·  Support Global as well as Regional and Key Area Merchandising managers in decision-making by stay up-to-date with business performance across all product categories
·  Create, analyse and enhance existing Merchandising reports
·  Determine an accurate forecasting process within deadlines and targets. Monitor in-season product performance in the regions and key areas
·  Support Global Merchandising Management with the establishment of KPI targets and track defined KPI targets
·  Create an understanding of best practices across the regions/product divisions to ensure efficient leveraging of major product initiatives globally and regionally
·  Influence and execute global tools and processes in order to streamline best business practice.

Qualifications:

·  Degree in business studies
·  A minimum of 2-5 years working experience in the Apparel business (Retail, Sales, Product Management or Merchandising function) is a must
·  Global and/or Regional experience is a benefit
·  Excellent intuitive understanding of the performance or fashion business, the competitive environment and future trends in the industry
·  Exceptional process management skillset
·  Problem solving and decision making skills
·  Business analysis and quantitative skills
·  Results orientation
·  Strong team player.
