Description

Counter Operations Specialist

·  To lead and own the perfect implementation of SK-II Counter (Permanent Merchandising) and Visual Merchandizing working with local 3rd party agency across Mainland China.
· 
Leading the both the business unit's Design team and the local supplier, drive the CPS activities to deliver materials that meet quality, cost and timeliness criteria.

· 
Liaison with Sales team to define Planograms store-by-store, in support of initiatives and Key Consumption Periods. Liaising with Field Sales Supervisor and suppliers on counter maintenance to ensure tip top conditions at all times.

· 
To insure the implementation of promotions (BC incentives, 2 nd site, Show Window, Media boards, and some of the events in China) with Key Accounts Managers and suppliers for best in class execution.

· 
Owner of the counter maintenance and regular meetings with suppliers on counter maintenance issues and delivery timeline.

· 
Coordination with Singapore-based team for multi-lingual material creation and translation support and deploy clearly to local suppliers

Business Management
·  To build collaborative relationship with key customers like CDFG/Sunrise to ensure all the implementation execution and follow up with key projects/alignment made by key account manager with CDFG/Sunrise.
·  Contribute to key account manager for key customers like CDFG/Sunrise strategy and JBP with penetration with customers and local supplier.
·  Lead and set clear guideline with supplier key account manager on sell in ..job to smaller customers like CNSC/DFS/Dufry Shenzhen to ensure same level of JBP and key store annual plans and clearly deployment to local supplier on the implement and execution to deliver JBP results
·  Follow through with supplier and tracking of monthly Sales Report based on data shared by customers and lead on business analysis with Finance team and review with Key account manager

BC Management

·  Lead and work with suppliers for mainland China BC recruitment criteria, training process, motivation and stability with instruction from key account management. Ensure BC team best in class and always with high moral.
·  Lead and coordinate with Singapore based team with local supplier for all BC related material application delivery, dispatch,etc with meet both customers and key account manager’s expectation.

Administration Assistant

· 
Office and Calendar Management, NRO, Registrations

· 
Coordinate Singapore based team Visa application to China with local HR team.

· 
Manage customers’ order contract sign/chop work with SG team.

· 
Monthly MSA tracker review with Key account manager and SG team to ensure all the PO GR/IR on time.

Qualifications

· 
2~3year beauty industry experiences as field supervisor

· 
Bi-lingual: fluent English writing/speaking +Chinese writing/speaking

· 
Self-motivated and able to successfully deliver independently/remotely without close oversight from the line manager

· 
Superior project management skills working without supervision.Manage the work load, forecast the changes, monitor and report on actuals

· 
Flawless project management skills to deliver every projects’ success criteria

· 
Basic supplier relationship management and people management skill to ensure delivery business goal

· 
Strong collaboration and communication skills internally and externally
