We are looking for a Modeling and Simulation (M&S) expert in nonlinear structural and thermal analyses to join the M&S capability team within the Health and Grooming sector of P&G on BRAUN and Oral-B products and processes.

Job Responsibility:

Create structural mechanics / thermal / fluid dynamical (FEA) models of end use conditions and manufacturing processes that help drive design through simulations

•understand design intent

•identify and communicate technical opportunities and risks

•help refine concepts into reliable product and equipment designs

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

·You are a talented and highly motivated graduate from University and passionate about technical and scientific curiosity

·Master or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or Physics.

·Have passion for solving business problems through fundamental first principles

·Are analytically capable with experience in developing and applying structural mechanics (FEA) tools and converting knowledge into practical applications

·Have experience with or exposure to structural, thermal or fluids modeling tools (e.g. ABAQUS, ANSYS, LS-DYNA, HYPERMESH).

·Have an understanding of high volume manufacturing techniques and their influences on product designs as well of tolerances and their effects on product performance and assembly

·Understand intellectual property (IP) trends while taking an active role in support of IP strategies
