Starting as an Assistant Brand Manager in P&G, you will typically develop skills in brand strategy, advertising, publicrelations, consumer bonding, direct-to-consumer marketing, and project management. Specifically, you will recommend,develop and execute marketing strategies, plans, and programs that build on consumer and customer insights for aconsumer brand. You will be responsible for initiatives, projects, and day-to-day operations on all aspects of the brandbusiness. You will also be using your skills to analyze the consumer, trade, market dynamics and business status, andturn them into business plans.

As a member of the Brand Management team, you will be tasked to grow a specific brand by developing and implementingstrategies that are based on consumer insights and trade understanding. You will be relied upon to analyze the brand andidentify opportunities in every facet of the business to grow market share. Your key deliverables include:

· Developing growth plans and strategies: Identifying growth opportunities, developing a meaningful innovationpipeline, creating a marketing program that best integrates advertising, trial and trade programs for your brand

· Creating a communication plan: Understanding consumer insights and barriers, qualifying communication,determining the right touchpoints to drive your message including print, outdoor, direct-to-consumer marketing, public

relations and point-of-sell materials

· Managing a multi-functional project team: Collaborating with multi-functional project teams to deliver businessgrowth through initiative/promotion/pricing plan development, planning, execution and summarizing results/learning

· Business and Financial Analysis: Using analytical skills to drive the right decision on product design – pricing, tradestrategy, competitive defense and communication

Qualifications

· Strong leadership ability as demonstrated through previous formal or informal positions of leading and or managingteams
· Excellence in analysis and problem-solving
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Legally eligible to work in the Philippines
· Must have graduated from University
· Fluency in English
