Description des missions

The Alphatech Controlling Team :

·  keeps company’s accounts in accordance with laws, Plastic Omnium GAAPS and procedures
·  ensures accurate reporting to Division and Group HQ in Levallois within deadlines.
·  provides the data/tools/business processes by which the business can navigate itself toward those objectives (budget control).

 

Your missions will consist of

·  Participation to the financial process and continuous improvement: closing, budget, Business Plan.
·  Ensure the monthly invoicing to the intercompany entities.
·  Financial follow-up : CAPEX, On project costs.
·  Control the subcontracted activity (heads, costs, accruals).
·  Support to the transformations linked to IFRS15.
·  Ensure the administrative & financial process for the Technical assistances.
·  Monthly report: Devfollow, split by activities, analysis ph1-ph7, ...
·  Prepare accurate analysis and presentations for finance meetings

Profil

·  Business School (ESC), Master, … with specialty in Accounting / Controlling / Finance
·  Fluent in English and French
·  Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint
·  SAP knowledge would be a plus
·  Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
