The Auto Inergy division has more than 7,000 employees at 35 industrial sites in 19 countries, and in 2016 provided 20 million fuel systems for the main automobile manufacturers.
Poste et missions:
Plastic Omnium plans to build in Brussels his new research and innovation center to house 200 researchers and the technical means required to their work.
We are looking for a dynamic, team player, curious and flexible buyer to join our enthusiastic project team.
MISSION
The project buyer will support project lead buyer in the acquisition of a large category of innovating equipment and services needed for the new research center
center including. : Laboratory equipment, test benches, process machine, automotive means, workplace equipment, and all services associated to a Research Center (offices and labs)
ACTIVITIES
- Interacts with Research teams in order to understand the needs for the new Research Center
- Support the project team for the arbitration between services and equipments
- Translate technical requirements to fit with within the procurement process in an engineering environment
- Propose adequate suppliers
- Requests quotation and manage bidding processies
- Supplies requested agreements and contracts
- Proceed purchase orders
- Follows-up orders and suppliers
Profil:
Master degree in Business/Purchasing
At least one experience in purchasing (significant internship included)
Must demonstrate strong verbal, written, negotiating and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment to effectively meet deadlines
Analytical and methodic minded, with synthesis capacities
Proficiency in computer skills to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP experience a plus
French and English fluent speaker
