Poste et missions:
Within our plant in Pilar, close to Buenos Aires, you will be working as a continuous improvement and productivity leader in the engineering department.
Your main tasks will consist in:
- Driving and promoting continuous improvement standards and methodologies to achieve Manufacturing Excellence by leading or participating in Lean Projects
- Analyzing IPIs (Industry performance indicators) and others indicators for the improvement strategy
- Promoting continuous improvement mindset throughout plant by training and developing projects with all levels of the organization (developing a lean culture…)
- Coordinating and supporting technical assessments within the plant and following up the actions
- Communicating and deploying Kaizen and best practices within the plant

Profil:
You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school or university with a major in continuous improvement. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum.
You speak fluent English and Spanish.
You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership
You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.
