Pirelli is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic ICT Digital & eCommerce PM to join the ICT Sales and Marketing team within the overall Pirelli Group. Specifically the candidate will take part to the huge digital transformation program Pirelli has started.

He/She will be responsible for managing the implementation of Digital projects and eCommerce solutions, guaranteeing the maintenance and evolution of current Digital Marketing solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

· Coordinate internal resources and suppliers for the flawless execution of projects
· Plan projects and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
· Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget, managing periodical status updates with all project stakeholders
· Perform Demand Management activities within the sales areas: collect, prioritize and manage the development of new requirements
· Combine technical expertise with the progressive knowledge of Enterprise Business processes and how to leverage the technology as a mean for Business evolution and expansion
· Discuss technical solutions with architecture team and with suppliers

Education and overall Experience:

· Bachelor degree in Computer Systems (e.g. Laurea in Ing. informatica o Scienze Informatiche) or in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering
· PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
· Strong Project Management experience in Consulting or ICT Companies for implementing digital and eCommerce projects (from 3 to 6 years)
· Proficiency in English

Experience:

· Strong experience in managing the implementation of:
· eCommerce projects, preferably in large international organizations
· digital marketing solutions: web sites, mobile applications
· Experience in coordinating internal and external suppliers
· Knowledge and experience of digital main topics: CMS, SEO, SEM, Analytics, IA, Social, Mobile, CRM, etc.
· ICT Demand Management experience in a complex environment, able to collect the business requirements and manage the priorities with the Business stakeholders
· Experience in risk management methods
· Experience as Product Manager in Agile methodologies is a plus
· Experience in working inside companies that are implementing a Digital Transformation program is a plus
· Knowledge of supply chain process is a plus

Technical Knowledge:

· Solid technical background, with experience in software development and web technologies
· Strong knowledge of implementing custom and packaged solutions – with knowledge of Design and Integration Patterns
· Strong knowledge of, at least, an eCommerce platform (e.g. Magento, Oracle, DemandWare, Hybris)
· Knowledge of DMP platforms (e.g. Bluekai) and Campaign Management tools (e.g. Eloqua)
· Knowledge of CRM platforms (Oracle CRM, SalesForce, Dynamics CRM)
· Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g. Magnolia, Drupal, Oracle CMS)
· Knowledge of microservices architecture, Service Oriented Architecture / Web Services (SOAP, Rest)
· Knowledge of Amazon Cloud Computing basics
· Knowledge of SAP is a plus
· Ability to perform small technical tasks and data checking
· Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and SAAS/PAAS solutions
