Job description
The department IS M&S BeLux is part of Marketing & Sales and is looking for an IS Project Leader. The strategy of M&S is to be the supplier of reference for electricity and gas in Belgium and to seize the opportunities offered by the energy transition.
Your mission
· you are responsible for the comprehensive project management from start-till-finish
· you are responsible for the business case, resource forecast, project budget and project planning
· you are responsible for delivering a qualitative, integrated & innovative solution/project on time and in budget
· you are responsible for streamlining solutions to ensure business value and effective cost-to-serve
· you are responsible for adequate and timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle
· you lead a project team of some people (internal and external)
· you make agreements with partner organizations & manage partners' delivery performance
· you manage project relationships, stakeholders and relations with third parties
· you participate in and actively contribute to the Project Management Community
· you report to the IS M&S BeLux Project & Portfolio Manager

· you have a master degree or are equal through experience
· you have experience in Utilities/Marketing & Sales/IT environments
· you have minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management
· you have experience in project management methodologies, practices and tools
· you have experience in budgeting, vendor & contract management
· you have knowledge of M&S BeLux Information Systems and Technologies
· you have knowledge of M&S BeLux business, customers, organization and utility market drivers
· you are able to act swiftly on changing context in a fast-paced environment
· you are customer-oriented and result-driven
· you have good communication and facilitation skills
· you are trilingual English – French – Dutch
