Key duties and responsibilities:
- Support during proper reporting and preparation of management comments sent to Headquarter in Paris
- Support during preparation of Planning-, Budget
- and Forecast processes
- Cooperation in preparing periodical extrapolations based on plan/actual data
- Preparation of ad-hoc requests coming from Management Team and other departments
- Support during optimization of analytical methods and internal process flows
- Development of existing Controlling Infrastructure (Excel, ERP, BI)
- Assisting in internal projects with regards to Controlling-/Financial topics
Required profile and skills:
- Master Degree
- International Mindset (studied or worked abroad)
- Mandatory fluent in German and English
- University degree with major in Controlling/Finance
- Preferably first working experience in an external audit firm or an FMCG group
- Affinity for numbers combined with ability to interpret results and challenge them critically
- Strong knowledge in MS office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP and BI systems would be an additional asset
- Dynamic and proactive work method
- Flexibility and time management
- Team spirit and good communicational skills
