·  Responsible for identifying and capturing incremental volume & high visibility by marketing at the point of sale.
·  A key interface between sales & marketing delivering trade marketing expertise to develop, implement & track strategies in order to meet Company targets.
·  Supports delivery of sales targets by creating customer-focused activity programs and delivering to the field the necessary selling tools to elevate execution standards.
·  Day to day supervision of AOP, Promo and Trade Marketing calendar implementation
·  Development of new ideas in order to support channel growth
·  Design W2Ms for every NPD and other initiatives
·  Preparation and implementation of “equipment placement annual plan” through design of equipment and budget spend planning cycles
·  Preparation of merchandising instructions
·  Conduct field visits in order to gather feedback regarding the current field activities, as well as collecting data behind the creation of new projects
·  Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing programs, proposing marketing ideas and plans that reflect the company’s image and aims.
·  Timely propose and take quick action to address problems arising in connection with the achievement of sales targets ("stock & volume") when is necessary
·  Performs other tasks based on manager instructions

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Education: University degree, preferably economics/business management
·  3-5 years of functional experience
·  Effective interpersonal skills
·  Language: Excellent command of written & spoken English
