Purpose of the role:
Engages consumers, builds a powerful love brand and generates strong BEVE business results!
·  Contributes to achieving agreed business objectives, sustainable and profitable growth of PepsiCo Beverages business within FOBO CEGB assigned markets - subject to potential market changes along the year.
·  Contributes to the development and execution of BEVE brands programs and Consumer/ Shopper Brand activation agenda.
·  Manages annual budget: COOP system aligned (including Media, BTL, NPD) to deliver targeted KPIs with respective Botllers/ Partners.
·  Build excellent collaboration with Bottler’s Marketing & Trade Marketing teams.
Primary Accountabilities:

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: Contributes to deliver agreed volume, NR concentrate, profit and SOM for PEP BEVE brands (CSD/ IT/ Energy/ RTDC/ Isotonic/ H2O) and key sub-lines. Understands the business and competitive environment within complex bottlers/ market set up.

STRATEGIC PLANNING: Contributes to the development of brand annual Marketing Plan [ACP] & budget [COOP]. Downloads and helps to amplify GBG/ EER Category annual activity calendar via enhancement, influencing and deployment of key initiatives within bottlers/ markets.

INNOVATION: Supports Senior Marketing Manager/ Senior Brand Manager in driving brand innovation agenda, especially NS. Secures effective Innovation pipeline: assures reflection in the Stage Gate for all GO-G1 Product/pack innovation initiatives as aligned in the JP with Bottlers, works closely with CEGB FOBO Commercialization.

COMMUNICATION/ A&M: Executes EER communication deployment, ensures effective and efficient investment of A&M budget – including media sufficiency guidelines, controls A&M/ COOP budget. Ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing brand image and brand KPI’s (where available data). Participates in COOP alignment and manages Claims processing with SMM/ SBM/ FM/ Finance Team.

ACTIVATION: Secures transfer and supervises localization of Beverages programs for FOBO territories and deployment of agreed marketing initiatives according to system aligned marketing calendar. Secures perfect implementation and scale up via close cooperation with Bottler Marketing and TM teams.

BOTTLERS CAPABILITY: Transfers Best Practice tools from PEP/system; helps to diagnose gaps in capability on a going basis and initiates corrective action plans [digital, e-commerce, in-store, PPA]

DO IT THE RIGHT WAY: Assures the Pepsico Values awareness and compliance.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Bottlers: regular visits on the markets to identify business opportunities & fuel collaboration. Builds relations within PepsiCo CEGB & EER Beverages Category teams. And creative/ media agencies to ensure consistent quality & cost efficiency

Qualifications/Requirements

·  University degree, Marketing/ Management degree is an advantage
·  2+ years of marketing experience (in a top FMCG company/ high performance digital agency)
·  Experience with business processes: A&M budget control, managing brand projects and contributing to advertising development
·  Project Management skills
·  Fluent in Nielsen and with strong Analitical Skills
·  Good Collaboration and High Communication Skills. Ability to build cross-functional/ cross cultural relations.
·  Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment and work in diverse Matrix team
·  Ability to work independently, self-motivation and passion for learning and development
·  Fluent English
·  Flexibility to business travels: 1x per month [post Covid]
