As IT-Product Manager Russia you are part of our Project Management Office, located in our MYTOYS GROUP Headquarter (MGHQ) in Berlin. You act as a connection between our Russian subsidiary ‘myToys.ru’ in Moscow and MGHQ in Berlin. You understand Russian business requirements and represent our Russian office within MYTOYS GROUP projects and processes (e.g. continuous planning of project roadmap for online shop platform, ERP system and data warehouse development) to ensure alignment with Russian requirements and business plans. For this, you interact with both our Russian colleagues and our German IT experts. You will design communication processes between DE and RU concerning IT project portfolio, daily operations and incident handling. You are part of as well as lead own projects on behalf of our Russian management team and you are actively involved in IT- and non-IT topics relevant for ‘myToys.ru’ (including joint marketing, procurement and logistic topics). In general, you are the primary point of contact for questions regarding Russian involvement in MGHQ projects and developments. You directly report to our Head of PMO at MGHQ (disciplinary) and to our Russian COO in Moscow (functional).

Unsere Anforderungen:

·  Degree in Business Administration, IT or other relevant studies
·  Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT product and/or project management
·  At least basic knowledge of IT structures and processes

·  Knowledge of Russian and German business
·  Ability to translate business requirements into user stories
·  E-commerce knowhow is a plus
·  Self-starter, agile personality and very good communication and leadership skills
·  Fluent in German, Russian and English
·  Willingness to travel
