about the role

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of IT Support Engineer.

As IT Support Engineer you’ll be responsible to maintain, support, configure and administrate all development associated with systems that is used in Care & Sales departments.

what you will be doing:

·  Providing both technical and functional support to business users
·  Analyzing and solving functional and technical problems of supported applications
·  Maintaining and developing programs/interfaces/workflows customization to support the business process
·  Assisting with creation and execution of test scripts for supported systems, researching and implementing solutions to identified issues
·  Providing documentation for technical solution implemented.

about you

·  University degree and/or relevant experience
·  Good knowledge of PL/SQL
·  Knowledge in JavaScript/WEB (Ajax , JQuery, templating)
·  Knowledge and experience in Java SE/EE (WEB-container), JDBC, Web-Services, Spring Framework, ORM (Hibernate, JPA), Maven, Eclipse, Git/SVN
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Autonomy, initiative and responsibility
·  Proficiency in Romanian and Russian
·  Technical English in corresponding area is a must.
