about the role
Work closely with functional and operational teams across the business to understand their data needs and develop solutions that allow them to make data-informed decisions.
Use statistical methods to develop, analyze data and generate useful business reports
Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment
Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes
Use data to create models that depict activity, workforce and productivity trends within IBO
Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method
Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Managing users and user roles.
Provide quality assurance of imported data.
Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
Helping develop reports and analysis.
Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Acting as a liaison on Business Intelligence initiatives between business users and technology team.
about you
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Computer Engineering
Knowledge about Performance Management and / or Statistic techniques
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management in a clear and professional manner, verbally and written in English
Must be willing to accept and influence a fast pace of organization change and able to empower and motivate others in a fast-paced environment
International business experiences a plus

High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases.
Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
Understanding of addressing and metadata standards
Capacity to work with teams, colleagues and partners remotely located (virtual teams).
Capacity to identify the problems and the decision making skill to resolve them.
Strong written communication skills to clearly create performance review presentations.
Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
Good business and financial acumen.
Work independently and as a part of a project team with a high degree of autonomy.
Capable of taking initiatives and making business decisions based on objectives and directions of the company considering risk factors involved.
Solid performance in delivering customer service, people management skills with good motivation and negotiation skills.
