Job description

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 2 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.

Description

The Mid-market Brands team owns nearly 4,000 active global clients across all verticals for the Oracle Data Cloud. As a Client Partner/Sales Consultant, you will own a group of 35-45 clients for outbound and inbound sales activities, focused primarily on ODC solutions for contextual targeting and relevance, audience recommendations, brand safety, and measurement. Successful applicants will be outgoing, self-driven sales-focused individuals that are eager to break through on new relationships with clients and agencies.

For developed relationships with brands and/or agencies, your focus is on growing relationships to a strategic, proactive level where you are a trusted consultant for the brand, providing context/audience recommendations to support their various digital marketing campaigns. You will become deeply ingrained in their annual planning strategy and a core extension of their team that drives brand awareness and new customer acquisition.

You will also work closely with internal teams that are experts across each of the ODC core solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates that enjoy working directly with clients, conducting outbound activities to warm prospects to establish new relationships, and have a longer term passion in a Sales, Client Management or Solutions Consulting capacity.

Key responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for a broad set of clients across all verticals. You will satisfy both inbound requests from these clients, as well as a business development focus to establish relationships and grow revenues from your assigned book of business.

Possess detailed knowledge of ODC products and how they can be applied to support clients' digital marketing objectives.

Develop a deep understanding of ODC positive contextual targeting solutions, ad viewability and engagement, brand safety, and measurement.

Provide clients with a high level of strategic input and recommendations for digital ad targeting and media based on their marketing objectives.

Lead work streams for campaign planning and execution, which include audience builds, audience delivery, and campaign tracking.

Manage timelines and other details to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Help train and mentor new Sales Consultants.

Skills and Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in the digital marketing ad tech industry.

Direct experience with digital media buying, planning, strategy and execution.

Experience at a brand or digital agency in a media planning/buying capacity is ideal.

Deep familiarity with DSPs/ad tech platforms and social platforms is preferred.

Experience with 3p audience targeting preferred.

Must be an extrovert that is comfortable reaching out to open new client/agency relationships

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is a must

Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment

Experience with client service preferred

BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
