Job description

Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. Graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.

Qualifications :

HR Consultant (m/f) / Human Resources / Munich / Fulltime

Tasks:
• Support and consulting of managers and employees on all aspects of HR operational issues for a defined set of business areas
• Close collaboration with and support of local HR Business Partners
• Collaboration with the works council
• Active collaboration with EMEA HR Operations, Shared Service Centers (like Fleet, Payroll, Commission & Bonus) and Global Mobility Team
• Active assistance and implementation of local and EMEA-wide HR programs
• Participation in Merger & Acquisition projects
• Proactive support, delivery and ongoing improvement / optimization of HR processes, contribution to change initiatives
• Administrational processing of assignments, support in all matters related to working abroad and professional collaboration with respective service partners
• Continuous work on EMEA as well as country standard terms and conditions and all employment contract related documents
• Creation of employment contract addendums, certificates and reference letters
• Business partnering for a defined division, in close collaboration with experienced HR Representatives and Managers
• Monthly reporting and preparation of payroll or benefit related assignment changes
• Collaboration with temporary employment agencies and other external service providers

Preferred Qualifications, Skills / Requirements:
• Higher educational qualification / degree (with specialization in HR)
• Prior practical experience in HR field, ideally proven solid knowledge of operational HR processes
• Fundamental knowledge of Labor Law and Works Constitution Act; good overview of HR best practices
• Excellent German and fluent English skills in writing and speaking as well as strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships
• Intercultural competencies and a client-focused approach
• High standard of computer literacy (tool and application affinity and excellent MS Office skills), data driven
• Team player – high interest in contributing to group development and team success
• Discreet, independent and result-oriented working method
• Good command of self-reliant planning and organizing
• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
