Job description

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 2 plus years relevant work experience.

Qualifications :

Back office and sales support

Team provides support for sales reps during the entire lifecycle of a sales opportunity and back office activities for other billable and non billable requests.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the following areas:
• Support, Consulting, Outsourcing or Services Sales
• Back office or sales support previous experience will be an asset
• Fluent English
• Fluent in another language other than English and Romanian
• Eager to learn high volumes in short time
• Knowledge of technical terms in HW/SW

Knowledge and Skills:

Professional:
 Excellent communication skills: written and verbal;
 Aggressive self starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
 Has understanding of service industry

Technical:

Back office and sales support activities for field sales reps combined with other operational activities.

As a member of Oracle's Support Sales organization, you will handle requests for pricing estimates and contracts for the services in the department's portfolio. Your main responsibilities will be:
• Support sales teams on the entire lifecycle of a request on discovery, scoping, level of effort development, pricing, contracting, booking
• Communication to owners at key stages of the process
 Answer in due time to standard queries related to the internal processes
 Make effective tracking for all requests handled
 Provide requester feed back at any steps in the process
• Support sales reps with approvals, queries, contracts, etc.
 Fosters internal Oracle relationships
• Participates in reporting and audit functions

Work is routine and complex, involving the application of technical/business skills in area of specialization. Strong analysis and research skills. Ability to partner across functions. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred. Requires ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Good communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects.
